This page explains what happens to information collected when you read this site. It is written for visitors in Australia and describes our own practices, not those of any casino operator we link to.

Third Parties Involved

Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. Our analytics provider processes aggregated visit data. Both act under contract and neither is permitted to use the data for their own purposes.

Retention Periods

Server logs are held for twelve months and then deleted. Aggregated analytics reports, which contain no identifying details, are kept for up to twenty six months so we can compare year on year patterns.

Email threads are kept for as long as the matter is open, plus a short period afterwards in case you follow up.

Your Rights

You may ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to analytics processing, which the cookie controls in your browser handle directly.

Security and Changes

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit and administrative access is limited to the people who maintain the pages. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
